Pratibha is the Founder and CEO of Rubicon Research Pvt. Ltd, a pharmaceuticals company with current operations in Maharashtra. Rubicon undertakes R&D in pharmaceutical products. It offers innovative products and research services to the regulated markets. The key products are complex drug delivery systems that use Rubicon’s patented technologies. Rubicon caters to branded pharmaceutical companies, leading generic pharmaceutical companies, big OTCs and consumer care companies.
For Pratibha, the initial growth was slow because of lack of funding and business acumen. Today, with more mature technology and organizational structure she is able to convert business opportunities more efficiently.
