A lot of has been written across the world on Women Empowerment and the importance to encourage women entrepreneurs. However, very few initiatives have seen the light of day due to the lack of sufficient support and empathy towards this important development. In such a scenario, the TiE Stree Shakti initiative endeavors to take the experiences of its office-bearers to deserving and promising women entrepreneurs across sectors. Such a platform would undoubtedly boost the morale of women entrepreneurs in India. Sessions such as those on mentoring, leadership management programs will certainly help bring about a change in their perspective to run a successful enterprise. I strongly believe that the TSS will shortly announce success stories and hope they continue their mission of enabling women to grow great companies.
